Discovery Briefing
A discovery briefing prepared by iProv
Before we talk about what we do, here is what we already know about you.
The Business
Thirteen years. Three markets. Two category-defining product lines.
EVO is not a furniture dealer. It is a workplace transformation firm with exclusive access to Herman Miller's commercial portfolio and DIRTT's prefab construction platform. Five facilities across Central Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, and Memphis. Thirty people who know what they are doing. A founding family that has been inside this industry long enough to see where it is going.
Commercial division. Full portfolio access including Aeron, Embody, Cosm, Canvas, plus 30+ additional manufacturer lines.
Modular walls, glass, doors, millwork, electrical, casework. Faster, cleaner, more precise than traditional construction.
Office + Warehouse
Office + Warehouse
Sales Coverage
Workflow by Evo occupies the 5th floor of a historic building in Argenta, North Little Rock. 13,500 SF of coworking space built almost entirely with DIRTT prefab construction, making it a living showroom for the product. 22 private offices, open coworking, bookable meeting rooms. It doubles as a revenue stream and a proof of concept for every prospect who walks through the door.
Gap Analysis
EVO's digital presence does not reflect the business it actually is.
This is not a critique. It is a gap analysis. Every item below is a lever that has not been pulled yet.
Wix platform: limited SEO ceiling, slower load performance, constrained by what the platform allows
Blog last updated 2016: 2 posts in 10 years from a company with 60+ completed projects
VIEW BLOG →No visible GA4 or GTM: conversion tracking is not in place across the site
Contact form only: no lead routing across three markets or two service lines
Image galleries with no filtering by market, product type, or project scale
22 reviews total across platforms for a $10M company with 60+ delivered projects and satisfied clients
What We Do
Every link below is real work. Click anything.
These are not mockups. Not case studies. Not slide decks. These are production sites, live prototypes, and internal tools built by iProv using AI-assisted workflows.
Scale Technology's site was rebuilt using AI-assisted development. NavRx's homepage was rewritten from a single 68-minute client meeting recording, analyzed by AI. No lengthy brief process. Just the conversation.
The ARA GUIDE program page was built from a marketing plan using AI agents for copy, layout, and conversion structure. Smile Dailey now targets a keyword with 2,400 monthly searches in Little Rock, built by specialized AI agents for data, copy, and design.
Instead of one mockup and rounds of revision, we generate ten functional prototype variations in a single session. Clients review and give feedback directly on the designs. The join form redesign below was started at 9am this morning.
First-party cookie tracking deployed across 18 client sites. GTM scroll depth tracking configured on 19 containers in a single session via API. Repeatable infrastructure, not one-off setup.
We built a publishing pipeline that takes a blog post from draft through editorial review to live on the website automatically. No CMS login required. We also run automated project status reports to Slack, a newsletter pipeline for local content, and a tool that lets clients drop feedback pins directly on their live site.
For EVO
Six capabilities. Six immediate opportunities.
EVO has 60+ completed projects with no searchable content behind them. Three markets with no differentiated digital presence. Thirty people with no shared internal knowledge base. Here is what that looks like when it changes.
60+ projects turned into case studies, location pages, and portfolio filters that rank in search and convert browsers into inquiries
Landing pages, project showcases, and client-facing materials built and deployed faster using AI-assisted development
Show clients spatial options before a purchase decision using rapid prototype tools built for your product lines
Forms and flows that send the right inquiry to the right market team automatically
30+ manufacturer catalogs indexed and searchable for your sales and install teams in the field
Systematic follow-up that gets satisfied clients to post the reviews they already want to write
Timing
The commercial interiors market is shifting. Early movers win.
Commercial buyers research online before making contact. A strong digital presence is no longer optional in a considered purchase category.
Three markets, two warehouses, eleven installers. The right automation compounds savings across every project.
A 13,500 SF living showroom generates content opportunities daily. Events, configurations, tenant stories. None of it is being captured.
No commercial interiors firm in Arkansas is investing in digital infrastructure yet. First mover advantage is real and compounding.
Prefab construction is a category-defining differentiator. It needs dedicated content, case studies, and search visibility.
Chris Cerrato's depth of experience is a trust signal that belongs front and center, not buried in an about page.
Next Steps
Everything on this page was built with the same AI-assisted tools we would use for EVO. The question is not whether the technology works. It is which opportunities to pursue first.
